Bronzed Aussie ... Lisa Wilkinson has a laugh about her orange tan to Cameron Williams.

The socialite turned spray-tan-specialist was recruited to work her magic by the Today show personalities on Wednesday afternoon.

But they got a bit more bronzed than they bargained for and there was little they could do to hide the all-over-orange tan.

While the network`s makeup artists did their best to lessen the impact on the star`s faces, there was little they could do to cover their hands.

Wilkinson bravely wore a white jacket - which combined with her pearly white teeth only highlighted the situation further.

While they laughed the incident off on the show yesterday morning, it is understood they won`t be calling on her services again.

Erbacher has also given Channel 9 weathergirl Jaynie Seal spray tans for some time without any prior problems.

"Lisa and Georgie both got a spray tan yesterday and got a bit overdone," a Nine spokeswoman said.

"It was a one-off service.

"Amy does not have a contract with Nine."

This is not the first time Erbacher has courted controversy. Earlier this year mobile spray tan operator Amanda Fraser claimed after nine months of tanning the party princess for free as contra for client referral, the 20-something blonde then nabbed her business idea - and some of her clients.

At the time Erbacher denied the claims, but she did not return Confidential`s calls yesterday.
